At a Glance
JLL wanted a statement bespoke office that spanned the ground floor of The Senate office block in Exeter. For this project we were presented with a large empty space and a tight time frame. Many of the internal fixtures and fittings were unique to JLL and required specialised manufacturing processes.
The Challenge
The challenge for this project was the time scale. From first meeting with the client until completion in just 12 weeks, we transformed a large empty space into a statement office for JLL. At SWS, we are renowned for our reliability and take pride in delivering quality on time, within budget and this project was no exception.
